Tyne Housing Association

Tyne Housing Association Ltd provides supported housing and day services for vulnerable and isolated people via our subsidiary companies; Byker Bridge Housing and Support Ltd, Under the Bridge Ltd, and Ouseburn Farm Ltd. The group provides services throughout all the local authority areas on Tyneside, as well as in Northumberland.

Tyne has also recently started to develop "general needs" housing. The association has found that the development of such provision enables better throughput into "ordinary" housing from our homelessness provision.

Our Organisation takes Corporate and Social Responsibility seriously. Since establishment in 1973, we have existed to create a posistive impact on society. If you would like to read more you can download our Corporate and Social Responsibilty Strategy by clicking here.

All of the Tyne group organisations have voluntary boards.

Tyne Housing Association is a registered society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 (registered number 21011R) and is a charitable Housing Association. Tyne H.A.Ltd is regulated by the Homes and Communities Agency, registration No LH4297.
